Touring and Motorhomes

The touring park offers spacious pitches, thoughtfully designed into the natural contours of the park. All pitches are gravel hard standing with electricity, drinking water and waste drainage. Please note hard ground awning pegs are required.

Most pitches have beautiful views of Moor How, which is easily accessible through the children's playground.  This relatively small hill (229m) affords spectacular views over Lake Windermere and to the Langdales beyond, and it  is well worth to climb to the top. Take a picnic lunch, or in the evening watch the sunset over the lake- this is unspoilt nature at its best.

The touring park is open from 1st March until 11th November 2012, and minimum booking requirements apply at peak periods. Please see our tariff page for further details.
