Platinum Jubilee Celebrations

During the Spring Bank Holiday week, starting Saturday 28th May children can collect a Jubilee Children’s Activity Pack from reception including:

‘Draw the Queen’ competition – entries to reception by 12 noon on Saturday 4th June.  Winners will be announced at our Jubilee Street Party.

‘Design a Crown’ competition – entries to reception by 12 noon Saturday 4th June.  We’ll take a picture of you wearing your crown so you can keep it to wear at the street party.  Winners announced at our Jubilee Street Party.

Starting Friday 3 June

Crown Jewels Treasure Hunt, small prize for all entries.

Saturday 4th June from 3pm

Celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee with us at our Jubilee Street Party.  Held by the stream where the picnic benches are but feel free to bring along your own tables and chairs.  Bunting and flags will be up, music playing and we will provide some snacks and scones on the tables.  The bar will be open but you are welcome to bring along food and drink.  The pop up street food trailer will be offering a BBQ from 3pm.

For the children there will be face painting and some children’s activities (weather permitting) and a Queen themed picture quiz.
