This is an interesting and varied role, a mixture of customer service, reception and administration tasks, along with more practical physical duties such as cleaning accommodation and serving in the campsite shop and bar.
Working as part of a small team, you will be able to plan and organise your workload, delivering exceptional service to our guests and your colleagues..
Reception tasks will include greeting guests, dealing with phone and email queries within timescales, using our booking system to take and amend bookings, taking payments and responding promptly and efficiently to any issues or complaints.
You will manage reception for the 2 days a week the Park Managers are off duty, completing the daily cashing up and banking in the morning and, with direction from the Park Manager, you will co-ordinate the Park team ensuring the smooth running of the Park.
November to May (excluding Easter and the 2 May bank holiday periods) you will be required to work 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday, 8am-4/5pm or 9am –3pm – 12-17hrs).
During high season (Easter/half terms/July/August/bank holidays) the hours will increase to work up to 4 days per week (normally midweek, up to 32hrs) dependant on business needs.
