The Round House Hub & Café, Biggar Bank Road – Cumbria LA14 3YE
The Easter Eggcase Hunt is a completely unique and educational Easter event, which is perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Discover a fascinating series of shark eggs, which have washed up along the beach. There are plenty of shark species that live in the Irish Sea, but many of them are facing various threats such as pollution and abandoned fishing gear. One of the many ways to help preserve and track the shark species is to count the egg numbers that can be found along Cumbria coastline.
Once you have collected as many shark eggcases as possible, you will be led to The Round House, where you will be shown how to differentiate the different shark species! As an extra special Easter teat, you’ll be able to swap your shark eggs for chocolate!
