FAQ

Do you accept group bookings?

General

Park Cliffe is primarily for families, couples and singles and to ensure everyone has an enjoyable holiday we expect certain standards of behaviour.

While we don’t encourage group bookings generally, we understand that on occasions you may wish to holiday with friends and family. Please contact the office before booking so we can understand the expectations for your holiday and agree our sites rules. We will accept a group booking of up to 3 families, this also applies to family and friends who are visiting together and book individually.

We have a strict ‘all quiet after 11pm’ rule so that everyone can enjoy a quiet night’s sleep and no excessive noise at any time.  Remember voices can carry (especially when on a mobile phone).

There’s no loud music allowed at any time – we are not a music festival and for some guests’ loud music can spoil their peace and relaxation.

For your safety and security and to minimise noise the Park gates are locked at 11pm and open at 7.30am. If you are out late, vehicles can be parked just outside the main gate. Then please tip-toe back to your pitches, remembering as you walk past tents and pods to have consideration for fellow visitors who may be asleep.

We love having children on the park but please remember they must be properly supervised to ensure they aren’t a nuisance or danger to themselves or others.

Please ensure BBQs are raised off the grass or placed on a gravel area.  (Stands are available from reception.)  They must never be placed on a deck area and please ensure they are completely cold (douse with water if in doubt) before disposing off.  We do not allow fires or fire pits on the park.

Please ensure you can follow our full list of Park Rules and Terms and Conditions before placing your booking.
