Benefits of Owning a Caravan Holiday Home in the Lake District

Holiday home ownership is a fantastic option for anyone looking to enjoy regular holidays in the Lake District. Enjoy relaxing breaks surrounded by spectacular scenery in your very own home from home. Owning a caravan holiday home in the Lake District has so many benefits. Here we list just some of the reasons to purchase a caravan holiday home in The Lakes.

Freedom and flexibility

One of the best things about owning a caravan holiday home is the flexibility to come and go as you please. You’ll have the freedom to holiday at your leisure throughout the season, without having to worry about booking in advance! Make the most of the good weather or last-minute days off. Simply pack a bag and head to your caravan holiday home in The Lakes, where everything will be ready and waiting for your return.

Turn key-ready caravan holiday homes

All of our caravan holiday homes in the Lake District are finished to a high standard with quality fixtures and fittings, including central heating and double glazing for your comfort. We only work with leading manufacturers to ensure our high standards are maintained. All of our caravan holiday homes come fully furnished and turn-key ready, so all you have to do is move in! Put your own unique stamp on the interior to create a home away from home.

At Park Cliffe we’re pleased to offer both new and pre-owned caravan holiday homes, providing plenty of options to suit your budget.

Family Entertainment at Park Cliffe

Community of like-minded neighbours

Our privately owned static caravans are set in a quiet area of the park, separate from the main site but still within easy access to all the facilities we offer. This creates a strong sense of community and a very friendly environment. We host a number of events throughout the season, which provide an excellent opportunity to meet your neighbours. Of course, there’s no pressure to socialise if you’re looking for a quiet escape!

No stamp duty

Caravan holiday homes are not subject to stamp duty, which means there are savings to be had in comparison to a bricks and mortar property in the Lakes.  You can also rest safe in the knowledge that we have park wardens on site throughout the year, including the period of winter closure. We also have a maintenance team should you need their help.

Spend quality time with your loved ones

It can sometimes be difficult to spend quality time with your loved ones at home when there’s always so much to do! Having somewhere to retreat without thinking about chores allows you to spend quality, undisturbed time with your friends and family and make memories to cherish for years to come. Many of our existing owners purchased their caravan holiday homes to spend time with extended family. Park Cliffe is a wonderful place to watch your grandchildren grow!
